Winter Break in Queenstown Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize is a trip for two people to Queenstown from Palmerston North for Friday, 11 August 2023, returning on Monday, 14 August 2023.
  2. The prize is not redeemable for cash, and dates cannot be changed. The names of the people travelling must be provided to House of Travel The Square by 15 April 2023. Names cannot be changed once booked. Booking will be subject to airline, hotel or other activity booking conditions as at time of booking.
  3. If flights are delayed due to bad weather, all parties will work towards a new date for a holiday.
  4. The following are included in the prize: a Nissan X-Trail SUV rent a car, Copthorne Queenstown Lakefront from 11 August and checkout is 14 August, a site-seeing trip on the TSS Earnslaw, a Shotover Jetboat rider, a spa at Onsen Hot Pools, a Gondola ride and buffet dinner plus three Luge rides per person. Subject to change to a similar product should the stated prize is not available on the day.
  5. The prize is being funded by the Ford Ranger New Zealand Rural Games, in association with House of Travel The Square Palmerston North, WhotsonWhere, and Media Works.
  6. To enter, you must attend the Ford Ranger New Zealand Rural Games, register on our WhotsonWhere App, and have yours or a family member’s photo taken at the More FM Dress like a Farmer marquee.
  7. The winner will be contacted by More FM, who will prerecord the conversation and then share the interview on air on Monday, 13 March, at 7:45am.
  8. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition is subject to New Zealand law.
  9. The promoter (Ford Ranger New Zealand Rural Games) and House of Travel The Square, along with their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property or for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the trip.
  10. The promoter and House of Travel The Square make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the prize or the trip and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that may arise from or in connection with the prize or the trip.
  11. The winner is responsible for insurance and any fees, or other expenses associated with the prize.
  12. The winner must sign a release and indemnity form before accepting the prize, which would protect the promoter, House of Travel The Square, WhotsonWhere, and Media Works from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the prize.
  13. The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition without prior notice. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
